I have always had the passion for jewelry running in my blood.  My first job was working in the jewelry department of the Bon Ton Department store in Uniontown, PA.  It was like a dream come true and I spend most of my tiny paychecks right there.

When not making jewelry I can be found doing a variety of other fun (or not so fun) activities.  During the day I can be found sitting behind my desk at SAIC in Bloomfield, IN where I work as a Graphic Designer / Web Designer maintaining a web site as part of the Accounting Department.

Another favorite activity of mine is working every week with the Audio Visual Team and the Creative Team at the Linton First Christian Church in Linton, IN. It’s an honor to get to serve with such a talented bunch of people. My faith is very important to me.

I also do volunteering at the Family Life Center in Bloomfield, IN as a decorator and webmaster. I also support the Pregnancy Choices organization in Linton.

My History

I was born and raised in Uniontown, PA. After graduating in 1982 from the Uniontown Area Senior High School I went on to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  I graduated with a degree in Visual Communications, a fancy way to say Graphic Design. Then the most fascinating man asked me to marry him!  He was and still is my high school sweetheart, my “boyfriend” as someone calls him.  He was already one of the few, the proud, the Marines and off we went to explore the country. First stop was Huntsville, AL where we got married. The military moved us around a lot but we finally landed in Worthington, IN, with our dogs, Pippy, Buddy, and 3-D.  We’ve been planted here for almost 17 years now!
